Back of the Yards Group LLC was established as a family firm. With focus on quality work and customer service. Back of the Yards has quickly established itself as a leader in quality, value, and responsiveness to our clients and their needs.

Company History:
Back of the Yards is family owned and operated business. Miguel Medina and Eduardo Nunez are involved in every aspect of the business. With Miguel bringing almost 20 years of business experience and over 5 years of landscape experience. Eduardo brings over 15 years of landscape experience and brings his creative touch to all design work, including brick, retaining wall installation, maintenance, pots, and seasonal outdoor planting.

Oscar Quintero leads all crews bringing over 20 years of landscape and maintenance experience to the Back of the Yards team. His dedication and commitment to our clients is evident in his work and leadership exhibited at each and every customer he cares for. He is an important part of our company and has been instrumental with our overall success.

They came out early on a weekend day and got started, finished in the time they said they would, and their price was pretty reasonable. If you need some landscaping done on the souhside, I recommend these guys. Chicago needs more honest and hardworking tradesmen like Back of the Yards.

Extremely pleased with recent landscaping job they performed for me. I needed new pavers and walkways in my back yard. The old ones were in really bad shape. Back of the Yards replaced all of them, added new pathways in other places, making it easier for me to walk, and transformed the whole area. They creatively power washed and used some of the old ones, added some sod where space was left, and took away all the debris. Left the back yard looking brand new! I will definitely be using them again soon for new projects.
